Autumn Casey
Spring 2025 & Fall 2025
Hi, my name is Autumn Casey. I am a senior studying environmental studies and economics! I studied abroad at the Danish Institute of Scandinavia in Copenhagen, Denmark, in the spring of 2025. I traveled extensively throughout Europe during my time there and plan to study abroad in Roatan, Honduras, for a week at the end of December. My favorite memory was traveling to Budapest with 15 other kids from my floor because it was our first group trip abroad.

Rowan Ellis-Rissler
Fall 2024 & Spring 2025
I studied abroad for the full 2024–25 academic year—spending the fall semester in Florence, Italy with ISA, and the spring in Monteverde, Costa Rica with CIEE Open Campus. Living abroad taught me that, regardless of where we come from, we share a common humanity—people are more alike than we are different.

Sasha Lipkind

Gracie Mackley
Fall 2024
My name is Gracie Mackley and I am a Psychology major. I went abroad my very first semester of my freshman year on the CU Global Start program in London. My study abroad experience helped me gain confidence in myself and created lasting memories that I’ll keep with me forever. One of my favorite parts of living abroad was creating a whole new day to day life that was completely different from my life here.

Sophie Moore
Spring 2025
I'm Sophie Moore, a Humanities major with a minor in Business and Atmospheric and Oceanic studies. I studied abroad on Semester at Sea for the spring 2025 semester. I traveled to ten different countries on the ship, one of my favorites being Cape Town, South Africa. Since I traveled all over the world, the most valuable lesson I learned is to always keep an open mind. There were so many times that I was scared of what was going to happen. However, by embracing cultural experiences I wasn’t used to, I was able to turn them into memorable moments and learning experiences. These memories are the ones I look back on the most.Ìý
