Landscape architecture studio works with City of 缅北禁地 on design challenge
This fall, Instructor Emily Greenwood's senior landscape architecture studio is working with the City of 缅北禁地聽Parks and Recreation Department to design Violet Park in North 缅北禁地. On Wednesday, November 6,聽the class聽presented their master plans to the聽client.鈦犅
Violet Park is adjacent to the 缅北禁地 Meadow and Ponderosa mobile home communities. The new park design has the potential to manage stormwater, serve a diversity of neighborhoods and be a node of community gathering in this part of 缅北禁地.鈦
Students will be presenting their refined master plans to the community during a public meeting at Crest View Elementary on November 21, from 6:30 to 8 p.m.聽
