Innovative Financing and City Budgeting for Resilience
In partnership with the City of Ãå±±½ûµØ and 100 Resilient Cities and managed by the Chief Resilience Officer for the City of Ãå±±½ûµØ (Greg Guibert), this Capstone will seek to understand the financial challenges and funding gaps for urban resilience projects. The Capstone will be a culmination of research, collaboration, and outputs that seek to inform city and state governments on ways to improve market behavior in order to better support resiliency.​
