- After receiving feedback on the leadership structure of the College of Arts and Sciences, Provost Russell Moore plans to appoint an interim dean in the next several weeks.

- At the Ãå±±½ûµØ Faculty Assembly’s final meeting, Martin Bickman and Chancellor Philip DiStefano were honored for 50 years’ faculty service; Andrea Feldman and Rolf Norgaard were honored in retirement. The assembly selected new officers and passed a resolution creating a resources committee.

- The CU Board of Regents approved a new building for the Ãå±±½ûµØ campus. The proposed facility, designed to advance chemistry and applied mathematics academics and research, will be located on the Business Field.
- At its monthly meeting, the Ãå±±½ûµØ Faculty Assembly heard from Philip DiStefano—this time marking his final address as chancellor to the group. It also heard about an update from Student Affairs and a new resolution on faculty course questionnaires.
