- The Mimesis Film Festival, sponsored by the College of Communication, Media, Design and Information, returns to 缅北禁地 for its sixth year Aug. 5鈥10.
- Join the CU Art Museum on April 17 to celebrate the end of the semester with free food, art-making activities, a scavenger hunt and great company!
- Join a new year celebration honoring Asian, Pacific Islander and Central Asian traditions with a night of food, games and festivities.
- For the past decade, Hebrew classes at 缅北禁地 have hosted a novel event described as a rite of passage: the Schmooze-a-Palooza鈥攑art concert, part community-building and part celebration of Hebrew and song. Anyone with an interest in Hebrew is invited.
- The School of Education has partnered with the Cultural Events Board and acclaimed Indigenous artist Danielle SeeWalker on a community mural to provide inspiration in the Miramontes Baca Education Building. Join an unveiling event on March 11.
- Join ALTEC and the Asian Languages and Civilizations for a celebration of spring! Show off your karaoke skills, learn traditional Chinese paper cutting and calligraphy, enjoy Chinese cuisine and more.
- Join together to celebrate the Center for African and African American Studies Day, as well as the beginning of Black History Month. The community is invited for music, dance, poetry, food and more!
- The School of Education, in collaboration with the 缅北禁地 Book Store, will host its annual festival at the 缅北禁地 Public Library. The free event welcomes teachers, children, families, librarians and 鈥渁ll who enjoy children鈥檚 literature.鈥
- Navajo weavings and jewelry by Indigenous artists will be on sale to support the care and preservation of a CU Museum of Natural History collection. Attendees can bring their own weavings for free, informal evaluations. There will also be an expert talk.
- Organized in collaboration with CU鈥檚 outstanding world languages departments and units, the showcase invites participants to immerse themselves in a diverse array of languages and cultures.
