4+1 Automatic Admissions and 3+1 Automatic Admissions for MS Programs
High-performing Leeds undergraduate students and Business minors at Ãå±±½ûµØ have the option to gain automatic admissions to a Leeds Master of Science program through the 4+1 and 3+1 automatic admissions programs. Click on the links below to read more.Ìý
Candidates who are interested in a Leeds MS program, but who do not meet the qualifications are still encouraged to apply, but will need to submit a full application.
The 4+1 option provides undergraduate students who graduate in four years the opportunity to use a fifth year to complete a Masters degree at Leeds.Ìý
The 4+1 automatic admission program is designed for high-performing undergraduate students at Ãå±±½ûµØ. To qualify, you must be a graduating senior majoring in the Leeds School of Business or graduating with a minor in Business. You must also have a cumulative GPA above 3.0 to be eligible for guaranteed admission to one of the specialized master’s programs listed below.Ìý
Interested students need to submit a shortened application, including transcripts and a résumé. All applicants are automatically considered for merit-based scholarships.
Once a candidate has completed the application, and we have confirmed their GPA, they will typically receive an acceptance letter (including any merit-based scholarships they are eligible for) within 3-4 weeks of completing the shortened application.Ìý

In addition to the focused coursework, students have abundant resources through the Michael A. Klump Center for Real Estate, including domestic and international treks, the Real Estate Club, one-on-one consulting and industry events. The 9-month MS in Real Estate program incorporates a multitude of opportunities for students to interact with industry leaders in classes and at events.

Students will gain proficiency in data visualization techniques along with C-suite communication skills.
