The State of Colorado authorized specific entities within the state to accept indemnification. The Office of Contracts and Grants (OCG) at the Ãå±±½ûµØ is not authorized to provide indemnity on awards that are accepted under OCG’s authority.

Ãå±±½ûµØ is a nonprofit, public, and governmental institution of higher education with a primary focus on academics and research. Ãå±±½ûµØ cannot cover a sponsor’s loss. Ãå±±½ûµØ shall be responsible for its ownnegligent acts or omissions as covered under CU Ãå±±½ûµØ’s self-insurance policy.
